Flow isn't a level you unlock. It's a language you build.
Move by move, breath by breath, until your body stops performing choreography and starts speaking it. Long before pole, years on the yoga mat taught me that the deepest technique is never the hardest shape, it's the letting go right before it. In this practice, we call that soltura.
The Flow Circle is that philosophy, organized into a system, not to make you move like me, but to give you the tools to find the version that's only yours.

You've watched hundreds of tutorials. You can hit the shapes. But somewhere between the trick and the transition, the flow disappears.
Another reel, another isolated trick, another Saturday spent drilling something that still feels borrowed instead of yours. You're not stuck because you're not trying, you're stuck because nobody ever showed you how the pieces talk to each other. Ground, air, transitions, strength: taught separately, they stay separate.
That's not a technique problem. It's a structure problem.
The Flow Library
Four elements. One throughline. Everything organized so the pieces finally talk to each other.
Floorwork, grounded transitions, and the weight-work that makes everything above the floor make sense. This is where flow starts: low, slow, and honest.
Inversions, aerial lines, and flying-low technique, broken down step by step, so you leave the ground without losing your breath.
Transitions, linking sequences, and the capoeira-informed movement language that turns separate tricks into one continuous sentence.
The calisthenics and conditioning behind the scenes, the strength and mobility that make everything above possible, and sustainable.
The Breakdowns folder
Every move in the library also lives here, slowed down, explained, and rebuilt piece by piece, so nothing stays a mystery.
Hi, I'm Dani, known online as danaerial.
Before I ever touched a pole, I spent years on the yoga mat, learning that the deepest technique isn't the hardest shape, it's the letting go right before it. That practice followed me into pole, into floorwork, into capoeira and calisthenics, until it stopped being separate disciplines and became its own language.
The Flow Circle is that language, organized, built move by move from everything I've studied, so you don't have to piece it together from a hundred different accounts the way I did.
Two chapters. Twelve live classes.
Live inside The Flow Circle, from the first pike to the last flow.
Pike & Press
The real path to the press to handstand with the pole. Strength, control and suspension.
We awaken compression strength, the deep, almost never trained connection between thigh and torso. I'll share my favourite drills, the exact ones that made my pikes feel effortless.
Clocks aren't just arm strength, they're scapular stability, and also compression and pike. Today we learn to move the shoulder blades so the shoulder becomes a base, not a weak point.
We train eccentric control, lowering slowly and with command. Learning to come down is learning to go up.
The press doesn't begin by arching your back, it starts with the pelvis in posterior tilt. We train the shift that separates those who get it from those who struggle for years.
Your first press to handstand with the pole as your ally. Every attempt is information, not failure.
We close the block with suspension and control, not momentum. When you stop forcing the lift and trust the strength you've built, the press carries you.
Backbending Flow
Learning to move through extension with control, using the mobility you have together with momentum in your favour. It's not magic, it's physics.
We explore how a full, safe extension can spread through the whole spine, giving the thoracic area the mobility it often forgets it has, so the movement feels open instead of pinched.
We build the eccentric strength that turns a harsh fall into a soft, safe, beautiful movement.
We step into the reversão, broken down phase by phase. If it's not working, it's probably not a lack of flexibility, it's a lack of core strength and the timing to move through the extension with control.
We bring capoeira to the pole with the macaco. Learning to make inversions look free, not forced, with rhythm and lightness instead of tension.
We take the paloma apart movement by movement, the shift of weight, the moment you let go of the floor. It isn't a leap of faith, it's controlled sequencing. Once the timing is yours, it stops feeling like falling and starts feeling like flow.
We close the term weaving all the extensions into small flows. After weeks of building the foundations, now we finally learn your dream movements. Flow isn't doing shapes back to back, it's letting one melt naturally into the next.

Questions, answered
I'm just starting out in pole, is this for me?
Yes. The Library is organized so you build from the ground up, literally, starting with Ground before you ever need Air.
I don't have a pole at home. Can I still follow the Library?
It depends on the lesson. Some Ground, Flow, and Fire lessons work with just floor space and your body, others use the pole too, each lesson tells you exactly what you need. Air is the one element that's always built around the pole. Many members watch and drill the technique work even before they have pole access, so it's never wasted time.
What if I miss a live class?
Every live class is recorded and stays in the Library for good. Live is where the community happens in real time, it's a bonus, never a requirement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always, there's no lock-in contract on either plan. Founding members simply keep their €57 price for as long as their membership stays active.
What makes this different from free tutorials online?
Free tutorials teach you shapes. The Flow Circle teaches you the language underneath them, how Ground, Air, Flow, and Fire actually talk to each other, in an order that builds instead of scattering.
Is the Flow Circle right for you?
This is for you if
- You already move, and you're ready to trade random tricks for a real, structured practice.
- You want technique that talks to philosophy, not just another drill list.
- You're drawn to floorwork, flying low, and the quieter, grounded side of flow.
- You'd rather build slowly and keep it than rush and lose it.
Probably not for you if
- You want a single trick tutorial and nothing more.
- You're looking for a quick fix with no practice required.
- You'd rather follow a teacher blindly than build your own language of movement.
Your flow is waiting on the other side of soltura.
