Before I ever touched a pole, I spent years on the yoga mat, learning that the deepest technique isn't the hardest shape, it's the letting go right before it. That practice followed me into pole, into floorwork, across the circus training and calisthenics, until it stopped being separate disciplines and became its own language.
The Flow Circle is that language, organized, built move by move from everything I've studied, so you don't have to piece it together from a hundred different accounts the way I did.

I'm just starting out in pole, is this for me?
Yes. Start Here is built for exactly this moment, it orients you before anything else, and the Library is organized so you build from the ground up, literally, starting with Ground before you ever need Air.
I don't have a pole at home. Can I still follow the Library?
Some Ground, Flow, and Fire lessons work with just floor space and your body, others use the pole too, each lesson tells you exactly what you need. Air is the one element that's always built around the pole. Many members watch and drill the technique work even before they have pole access, so it's never wasted time.
What if I miss a live class?
Every live class is recorded and stays in the Library for good. Live is where the community happens in real time, it's a bonus, never a requirement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always, there's no lock-in contract on either plan. Founding members simply keep their €65 price for as long as their membership stays active.
What makes this different from free tutorials online?
Free tutorials teach you shapes. The Flow Circle teaches you the language underneath them, how Ground, Air, Flow, and Fire actually talk to each other, in an order that builds instead of scattering.
